Borelli Motorsport secured a victory at the American Iron Series NASA event, Sept 28th at Sonoma Raceway. Jeff Francis, a newcomer to the American Iron Series, qualified his Borelli Motorsports Spec Mustang five spots off pole for Sundays race. On raceday, series points leader Shane Smith lead the entire race until the last lap and was overtaken by the series rookie, Jeff Francis, who ultimately took the checkered flag and victory.
